Dittmar Company: Leveraging Transportation in Leasing Strategy

Since the inception of Champions in 2014, Dittmar has been a true partner for Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP), as they continue to improve all their Arlington properties and inform their residents about their best commute options. This year, working with ATP, they undertook a large effort to train their staff on how to leverage transportation in their leasing strategy with potential residents and to answer any questions current residents may have about transportation options in the area.

Great Results

Staff now provide better information about transportation options to current and prospective residents. Bonus: several staff members also changed their commutes after learning about their options, including one of the front desk staff at Randolph Towers who learned about an easier bus route and is loving her new commute.

Location and Transportation

Many Dittmar properties in Arlington County are conveniently located within a half-mile of a Metro station while the rest are all close to great bus routes. Strategic locations offer residents the urban lifestyle they are looking for, with proximity to outdoor parks, restaurants, and nightlife destinations.
