Arlington, Virginia shines because of the wonderful residents, employees, and visitors who spend time here. Be part of what makes Arlington great and let the County know about improvements that could be made. Did you notice a large pothole in the road while bicycling home? While walking from the grocery store, did you experience an intersection that didn’t accommodate you with your shopping? If so, be part of the solution and use the tools below.

1. Service Requests

This tool is great for non-emergency problems with things that currently exist—potholes, missing signs, damaged bus stops, etc. Make a service request or report a problem here.

2. Traffic Investigation and Issues

This tool is useful is for community members to raise an issue about intersections, street design, parking issues, etc. If you ever thought how about existing infrastructure could improve and work more efficiently, this is the tool to submit your thoughts. Request a traffic investigation here.
