Arlington County Board Recognition

One of the greatest rewards of achieving the Platinum level in Champions is the opportunity to be recognized by the Arlington County Board. This honor was realized by 21 Champions on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at the Board’s recessed meeting. Arlington County Board Chair Libby Garvey gave remarks highlighting the Champions program as well as the tremendous effort required to reach Platinum. Garvey highlighted that all Platinum Champions offer a transit benefit to their employees, which directly helps lower the drive alone rate within the County. Garvey’s remarks were concluded by listing out the 21 Platinum Champions by name and giving them the opportunity to stand and be individually recognized.
