Take Advantage Of Open Enrollment!

Open enrollment is a great time to not only promote new benefit programs at your company but also to encourage employees to take advantage of existing programs. For employers that offer transit benefits, benefits season is a good opportunity to provide employees with information to help them make effective commuting decisions! Some employees who take transit to work or those who drive but would consider an alternative mode may not be aware of your company’s transit benefit. By publicizing these types of programs can help both your company and your staff save money and increase satisfaction throughout the office. 

We know human resource professionals are a busy group and might not have time to actively promote commuter programs among employees, especially during open enrollment.
